Do you do returns, refunds, or exchanges?
On stickers and prints, all sales are final! Due to COVID, exchanges will not be an option for safety. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we can figure it out together!
What is the procedure for commissioning Barkada Baby?
After reaching out (either via social media, email, or contact form on the website), we will schedule an initial logistics and ideas meeting. From there we will stay in contact throughout the creation process until the project is finished!
Lets collaborate! What can I collaborate on with Barkada Baby?
We love collaborations and there is no limit to what our collaboration can look like. Some examples include art/service exchanges, creating a collection together, organizing an event for the community, creating fan art, and more.
How much do collaborations/commissions/customs cost?
All prices will be decided upon between both parties. Barkada Baby believes in accessibility and will work within your price range. We also love things like art/service exchanges as a form of "covering costs" and we often operate within sliding scale price ranges.
When will my order ship?
I will typically ship out just sticker and print orders within 1-3 Business days! For clothing or specialty items, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment as items are handmade. Since I am using USPS, shipping may take longer. After I ship out orders, I am not responsible for what happens to your package under USPS. Thank you for your patience!
Are you doing International Shipping?
Yes! We will have to coordinate shipping prices as they may be different per country.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! If you live in the Seattle area and wish to pick up, please select the pick up option at check out. When your order is ready, you will receive a notification to pick up. Please contact me either through instagram DM @barkadababy or via email barkadababy@gmail.com to coordinate a pick up and location. <3
